Writing Workshop

Writing workshop begins on the rug with a mini lesson introducing or reviewing a particular genre or writing convention. This is followed by an extended period of writing toward a specific project. Works in progress were shared daily as well. Memoirs and the writing of point of view pieces are two examples that appear on this site. Both were projects that extended over four week periods and ended with a writing celebration.
